Erratic and undirectional trading continued yesterday, with much uncertainty remaining in the markets, so the S&P 500 and other stock indexes were hardly changed. Our recommendations remain to be cautious and stay on the sidelines for now, until there is a clearer picture on the horizon, and wait till the current tensions and discrepancies, both technical and fundamental, have been resolved. Of course ELP Program remain neutral too. Stay put unless there is a big movement in either direction.
